Return & Refund Policy

At Arie Noir Beauty, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at arienoirbeauty@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide a replacement if appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Beauty and personal care products
Opened or used products
Sale items
Gift cards
Customized or special-order products

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in accordance with applicable laws.
