Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (United States): 1–3 business days (if available)
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (where available)

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Arie Noir Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Arie Noir Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues. We will gladly assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at arienoirbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or other resolution, as appropriate.
